Sangeeta is an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner with a Master in Practice of Osteopathic Manipulative Sciences (M.OMSc), earned through four years of Osteopathy training from The Canadian Academy of Osteopathy. Her education includes over 4,200 hours of health-sciences-based academic and practical training, including 1,000 hours of supervised clinical practice, grounded in Classical Osteopathic principles and CAO’s rigorous, hands-on curriculum.
She is OSTCAN Certified, meeting the highest national standards set by Osteopathy Canada, an organization that allows the World Health Organization Type 1 training benchmarks for Osteopathic education. This certification reflects her commitment to excellence, safety, and high quality Osteopathic care.
Alongside her work, Sangeeta is a lifelong Performer and Singer. Her background in music and artistry gives her a unique understanding of movement, breath, embodiment, and the physical demands placed on creative professionals. She is passionate about supporting all walks of life, with a special focus on Artists and Creatives.
Sangeeta is also a proud advocate for the South Asian community dedicated to increasing representation and accessible wellness care. She brings warmth, precision, and deep respect to every treatment - helping people reconnect with their bodies, restore balance, and return to the activities that bring them joy.
